In a gala event at the Tower of London last night, Jacqueline O'Donovan was announced as winner of the Growing Business Awards Entrepreneur of the Year. The awards were established in 1998 to give highly valued recognition to exceptional growing businesses. Now in their 21st year, the awards celebrate the strength, vision and resilience of fast-growing SMEs and Business Leaders across all sectors.
Jacqueline was selected by the judges for her outstanding positive leadership coupled with a strong track record of commercial success and driving a positive agenda for best practice and change in her sector whilst demonstrating her commitment to the community through her charitable activities.

O’Donovan Waste have been awarded the prestigious Sir Frank Davies Trophy at the Mineral Products Association (MPA) Annual Conference and Awards. The conference and lunch, which is one of the MPA’s most important events of the year brings together companies from across the country to celebrate commitment, progress and achievement in health and safety.
The MPA, now in its 10th anniversary year, is the trade association for the aggregates, asphalt, cement, concrete, dimension stone, lime, mortar and silica sand industries. It has a growing membership of 530 companies and is the sectoral voice for mineral products.
Tidy Planet energy brings cutting-edge solid waste boiler monitoring system to RWM 2019

Visitors attending the renowned RWM exhibition (11-12 September) will have the opportunity to learn about Tidy Planet’s turnkey Waste-to-Energy plants, which feature pioneering solid waste boiler regulating technology – the Artificial Vision System (AVS) – from Sugimat.
Despite having worked on multiple projects in the UK, it’s the first time the two firms have exhibited together in this country. This year’s event – on stand P110 – provides the industry’s inaugural opportunity to see exactly what the intelligent tech can do.
