The local authority is concerned that families looking to save money will buy cheaper second hand baby and child seats without knowing their history or whether they have been damaged in an accident.








Recent research carried out by the Department for Transport showed that 30 per cent of consumers surveyed said that the availability of public charging points put them off buying an electric vehicle.
