On the 23rd March the Castle Green Hotel, Kendal, will play host to the prestigious 10th annual Cumbria Business Environment Network (CBEN) awards. CBEN is a project delivered by Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency (CREA).

Today the Energy Saving Trust is highlighting that in order to meet the Government’s home refurbishment target of 7 million homes*, 13,400 homes per week will need to have whole house makeovers by 2020.
