Lonza Wood Protection will be exhibiting at the 12th Carrefour International Du Bois Tradeshow, the leading exhibition of its kind amongst European timber professionals in Nantes, France.

The event takes place between the 6 – 8 June atthe Beaujoire Exhibition Centre and is dedicated to promoting the use of our most natural and versatile construction material and offers the most extensive choice of timber-based products and solutions for those working in the industry within Europe.

The 2012 exhibition promises to be bigger and better than ever and expects to exceed the 10,000 delegates who attended the last event in 2010. With 530 exhibitors from over 60 countries and a host of institutional events, conferences, general assemblies and internal meetings to run alongside the main tradeshow, Carrefour Du Bois is one of the most significant events in the European timber industry calendar.

Lonza will be introducing a range of new products to delegates at the event, including TANALITH M – a unique, metal-free wood preservative developed using the same technology as Lonza’s premier product, TANALITH E. Components treated with TANALITH M have the appearance of natural, untreated timber and offer proven protection against fungal decay and insect attack, making it an ideal product for exterior, above ground construction applications, such as cladding and can also be placed in-situ without a coating.

Lonza will also be showcasing products from their fire retardant treatments range as well as their established and proven preservative protection products - TANALITH E, ANTIBLU Select and RESISTOL.
