The South’s leading independent waste management company, L&S Waste, is continuing to invest in its success by appointing two new staff members.
Area development managers Jim Pearce and Mark Alford have both recently joined the Fareham-based company and are already hard at work.

Jim, who will cover the Southampton area, has a wealth of sales experience throughout his career, and the Emsworth resident said he is very much enjoying his new role.
“I’ll be responsible for driving sales across the Southampton area,” he said. “L&S is a very proactive company and I’m looking forward to helping grow the business even further.”

Similarly, Mark, a Portsmouth resident who will head up sales for the West Sussex area, said he appreciated the opportunity to offer the personalised customer service that only a locally owned and operated business can.

“I am loving every minute of my new role,” he said. “I have practically always worked within the construction industry in some way and so I am looking forward to progressing within this new field, particularly developing strong relationships with customers.”

L&S Waste managing director, Mick Balch, said both Jim and Mark bring a wealth of sales experience and incredible enthusiasm to the company.
“Jim and Mark both exemplify the superior customer service standards that L&S Waste strives for, and I look forward to watching them develop in the coming months,”

Mick said.

“L&S Waste is proud to serve its local community while remaining competitive against larger and international operators in the sector, and these two appointments further strengthen that commitment.”
