Kineton, Warwickshire – Phi Lighting have announced the addition of a new product to their extensive portfolio, the Modul Ray, featuring a unique design concept that incorporates freeform curves which emit homogenous lighting that is diffused in both an upward and downward direction.
The Modul Ray is the perfect choice for modern environments requiring good vertical illumination. It projects a unique optical effect that helps define space in contemporary architectural habitats and is particularly well-suited to offices, schools and meeting or lecture rooms where good lighting is essential for wellbeing.
The Modul Ray can be surface mounted or suspended and the extruded aluminium carrier is constructed with polycarbonate end-caps with optics to include satin opal blend and micro-louvre options. It is finished as standard in RAL 9003, RAL 9006 or RAL 9005.
Electronic, 1 – 10v, DSI and DALI control gear are standard options and integral standard, self-test, addressable and Wi-fi emergency options are available.
The photometric light distribution is direct-indirect and the lamps are T5 linear fluorescent, incorporating
single, twin and triple lamp options from 14w to 80w. These high efficiency lamps and optics ensure compatibility with sustainability and carbon targets.
