Liberty Properties has appointed leading property consultant MDA Consulting to oversee the redevelopment of 2 Hyde Park Square as the quantity surveyors, party wall surveyors and construction design management co-ordinators. Detailed planning permission has just been granted, and construction is anticipated to start in November with completion scheduled for spring 2012.
