Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions is helping customers reduce their carbon footprint in innovative new ways, by taking delivery of several Eco-Cabins from sister company Elliott Hire.
The Eco-Future range of portable buildings has been specially developed to help users reduce energy consumption and benefit from lower energy costs. Eco-Cabin is now being used on all Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions’ developments.

This includes an improved thermal envelope, more energy efficient doors and windows, along with improvements to lighting, heating and water systems.
Compared to a standard anti-vandal portable cabin, the Eco-Cabin range now used by Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions offers potential energy savings of up to 74 per cent. This equates to around 2,380Kg of CO2 pa based on 50 per cent occupancy, compared with a standard AV unit. It also provides significant savings in water use.
Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions acts as concept designer and principal contractor during construction phase and therefore requires high quality, robust accommodation on site.
