Arch Timber Protection offers a proven range of industrially applied fire retardant treatments that give architects and specifiers complete reassurance when designing timber into new public buildings, whilst still allowing the natural beauty of the timber to provide striking results. The range provides highly effective fire protection from established treatments such as DRICON and NON-COM Exterior, both of which have over 25 years of proven commercial use. Recently, the UK Wood Protection Association announced findings on 21 year durability tests carried out on both DRICON and NON-COM Exterior treated timbers. The treatments, when re-tested, showed no loss of performance against the original testing carried out in the 1980s.
